What You’ll Do

Label and evaluate data to improve Amazon’s Shopping AI model, Rufus.

Use in-house tools and follow detailed guidelines to deliver high-quality results.

Generate and review data across text, image, video, and audio formats.

Make sound decisions, even when information is unclear or incomplete.

Switch between tasks quickly while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Analyze errors, find patterns, and suggest improvements.

Identify and help fix process issues in daily operations.
A Day in the Life

Develop and utilize prompts to train Amazon’s Shopping Language Model (LLM).

Work closely with product, science, and engineering teams.

Basic Qualifications
