Experience as a professional writer or editor currently enrolled in or completed an associate degree or higher in a writing-related discipline at an accredited institution, a strong sense of writing style paired with exceptional English-language spelling and grammar as well as logic and reasoning skills, attention to detail, and ability to explain clearly the strengths and weaknesses of a given piece of text payment
Currently, pay rates for core project work by English writing experts in the US average USD $15 per hour UK: Estimated up to £11/Canada: Estimated up to $20 CAD/hr rate conversions as of 8/29/2024Rates vary based on expertise, skills assessment, location, project need, and other factors. For example, higher rates may be offered to PhDs. Lower rates may apply for non-core work, such as during initial project onboarding or project overtime phases. Certain projects offer incentive payments. Please review the payment terms for each project.
