Looking for Tech Lead – Conversational AI with a minimum of 8 years of experience, along with a strong background developing Conversational AI using IBM Watson.
Your responsibilities in this role will include:
As a Technical Lead, you will advise a team that is developing critical applications in the healthcare industry. Specifically, the Technical Lead will play a vital role in designing and developing new applications as well as enhancing existing ones. This position may involve taking ownership of complex and important project tasks and guiding teams of developers toward successful implementation.
Core Responsibilities:
– Design, code, and lead others in the development of cost-effective applications and solutions.
– Understand product requirements in Agile Features and assist the delivery teams in writing and breaking down Agile Stories and Tasks.
– Act as a lead technical contributor, transforming business requirements into technical specifications.
– Oversee the daily operations of multiple delivery teams, which consist of both onshore and offshore team members, ensuring that all team members adhere to best practices—such as code reviews, unit testing, and data handling (transmission and storage). Identify opportunities for process automation.
– Identify the scope for testing, including performance, security, and accessibility testing.
– With limited direction, support the implementation of systems into production.
– Identify and escalate any issues that may be blocking delivery.
– Manage Code Asset Management for an application or a set of applications, supporting and promoting the reuse of assets across the organization, and identifying enterprise-approved libraries and tools to accelerate development.
– Lead or act as a subject matter expert for the assigned project.
– Ability to lead and support others in developing Node.js and Java service applications, as well as share knowledge of API interfaces across multiple technical environments and disciplines that have a system-wide impact and integrate with the organization.and integrate with the organization.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience deploying applications to the cloud, integrated with cloud technologies (Azure, IBM, GCP).
5+ years of Node.JS and/ or Java software development experience.
2+ years of experience leading development teams through CI/CD and DevSecOps.
Experience building conversational AI chatbots from scratch using AI, ML and NLP technologies and development patterns.
Experience With Jenkins, Octopus, GitHub.
Experience with Splunk.
Familiarity with Postman & Swagger.
Experience With Integrations And APIs.
Understanding of data security practices specific to HIPAA privacy and data protection requirements.
Knowledge of SAFE Agile methodology, working in a high-performance Agile environment

Preferred Requirements
Knowledge of IBM Watson and other chatbot development platforms.
Understanding of PCI data governance requirements and technical practices.
Familiar with Angular/React/JavaScript/ CSS/ HTML, Python.
